Overview

This five-day safari runs from the rugged north of Kenya to one of Africa’s most celebrated conservation areas.

Two nights in Samburu National Reserve bring game drives along the Ewaso Nyiro River and the chance to see the Samburu Special Five. Two nights at Ol Pejeta Conservancy follow, with a visit to the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary and the endangered species enclosure, home to northern white rhinos.

Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve

Depart Nairobi at 6:00 am for Samburu National Reserve, arriving for lunch and check-in. An afternoon game drive starts at 4:00 pm.

The Northern Wilderness

A full-day game drive with a picnic lunch along the Ewaso Nyiro River, looking for the Samburu Special Five. A visit to a Samburu village is optional at extra cost.

Day 3

Samburu to Ol Pejeta Conservancy

An early game drive and breakfast, then the transfer to Ol Pejeta Conservancy for lunch. An afternoon game drive starts at 4:00 pm.

Conservation and Discovery

Day 5

Ol Pejeta to Nairobi
